Product use:
JBP-188: mainly used for processing into biaxial tensile membrane with high strength, hollow fiber membrane for water treatment, etc.
JBP-118: It is mainly processed into single and biaxial stretch film, extrusion tube, etc., and used for clothing film, medical filter film, bulky plate, etc.
JBP-108: It is mainly processed into biaxially stretched membrane for air filtration membrane, etc.
Physical and chemical properties: white powder at normal temperature, average particle size between 450-750um, melting point of product 327 ± 5 ℃, standard specific gravity: ＜ 2.170. The product can be used stably between - 100 ℃ and 260 ℃, and has excellent heat resistance, electrical insulation and chemical penetration resistance.
Packaging, storage and transportation: This product is non-hazardous and should be stored and transported at a temperature lower than 19 ℃. During transportation, avoid violent vibration, high temperature sunshine, and bumpy ground transportation to prevent resin agglomeration. It should be stored in a clean, cool and dry warehouse to prevent the resin from agglomeration and the mixing of water vapor, dust and other impurities.
Package specification: The product shall be packed in a sealed double-layer polyethylene bag, the bag mouth shall be bound with a special buckle, and packed in a moisture-proof plastic bucket. The net content of each barrel of product is (20 ± 0.1) kg.
