Fluorite ball
The industrial fluorine element mainly comes from fluorite. The fluorite pellet mainly refers to the material that is formed from fluorite concentrate with calcium fluoride less than 93%, iron oxide more than 0.3% and high sulfur and potassium ratio after being pressed by the fluorite pellet forming machine. Fluorite pellets are mainly used in metallurgy, steel, aerospace, medicine, electronics, machinery and atomic energy fields. As an industrial flux, it is an environmental protection substitute for fluorite raw ore. If fluorite powder is directly put into the furnace, the dust will be blown up due to the force, and the pollution caused by the blowing of fluorite dust will have a great impact on the environment. Therefore, the fluorite powder can be pressed into the furnace and then put into the furnace to avoid pollution.
Use of fluorite ball
1. Glass industry: raw materials for producing emulsified glass, opaque glass and colored glass can reduce the temperature of glass melting, improve the melting body, accelerate melting, and reduce the fuel consumption ratio.
2. Ceramic industry: fluxes and opacifiers used in the process of manufacturing ceramics and enamels are also one of the indispensable ingredients for preparing glaze.
3. Cement industry: mineralizer for producing cement clinker can reduce sintering temperature, easy to calcine, short burning time and save energy.
4. Metallurgical industry: fluxes and slag removers for ironmaking, steelmaking and ferroalloys, and raw materials for the production of artificial cryolite. Cryolite is used as a flux, a brightener for enamel and a sunshade for glass in the production of electrolytic aluminum.
5. Chemical industry: the main raw materials for the production of anhydrous hydrofluoric acid, and the basic raw materials for fluorochemicals (freon, fluoropolymer, fluorine-containing fine chemicals).
